To continuously improve the professional ability of all employees in the business unit and create an efficient and professional team with a good learning atmosphere, the business unit held the “2019 Jingyida Management team Sharing Activity – Employee Growth” activity.
The content of the sharing includes professional knowledge, the latest technology interpretation, industry knowledge, management tool and method, exchanges on particular theme, thought collision, etc. Each team held at least 1 sharing per month which lasted 1-2 hours and all employees can participate in.
